Once you reach out to us, you'll get your own dedicated Account Manager who'll be with you every step of the way. They're your go-to person, ready to answer any questions and sort out any queries you might have.

Step 5: Prepare Your Logo or Brand Imagery
When you've decided on the water bottle model that best fits your campaign and business, it's time to prepare your logo and brand imagery for printing on the products.
Generally, you get free reign over your design, but we do have some guidelines based on the product and the printing method you'll be using.
Photo Printing – we require images to be in .png, .jpeg, or .gif formats. Images also need to be high resolution and 300 DPI to get the best results at the quality you'd expect for your company.
Screen Printing & Laser Engraving – you can use between 1 and 4 colours for your logo, depending on the product. Symbol or logo files should be provided in a vector format of .eps, ai, or .cdr. Your colours should be solid, and fonts should be converted to outlines.
Available printing area – the area dedicated to printing on each product should also be considered before selecting your item. However, our Virtual Proofs will help with this.
Step 6: Approve Your Virtual Proof
Once we receive all the information about your model choice, colours, logo, image, and naming options, our team will send you a Virtual Proof (also known as a render or mock-up of your product).
Please take time to review your virtual proof properly to ensure you're happy with how the product looks.
Once you approve the proof, our team will begin producing your order.
Step 7: Pay Your Invoice for Shipment of Goods
We begin work on producing your products as soon as you approve the proof, but we won't send the order out until the invoice has been paid. You can do this online, through your Account Manager, or through the sales hotline.
Note: The sooner you pay your invoice, the smoother the process will be and the sooner you'll receive your product.
Step 8: Receive Your Personalised Water Bottles
With your invoice settled, we'll send your branded products to your delivery address as soon as they've passed through our fully ISO-accredited Quality Control team. The majority of our drinkware products should be at your door within 8 working days from the approval of the proof.
